Scenario Analysis Background

The core of our approach is based on the concept of learning your way forward.  We do not believe the future can be accurately predicted on a consistent basis. There can be luck, which will run out. Short term forecasting within a confined area can also be useful.  Scenario analysis, when done well, is part of a learning loop which an organization can use to get the most out of planning work.
